Access to washer and dryer in the laundry room This cute apartment is ideal for an individual or couple who prefers a quiet lifestyle and is friendly, responsible and considerate. I am a university professor and I am quiet, considerate and friendly. My hope is that you will enjoy the apartment and the neighborhood and treat the recently renovated apartment with care. I moved to this neighborhood because of its beautiful trees and for its resemblance to the University of Puerto Rico Faculty Residences where I grew up. The trees make this neighborhood special and beautiful. There are also birds, roosters, hens and baby chicken. You can also see cats and neighbors walking their dogs. The first floor residence where I live (below the apartment)is home to 4 rescue cats: Gorda, Titito, Estrellita and Blanca.
