quiet roof terrace apartment in the center of Berlin

I am subletting my apartment between August 2023 and March 2024. Dates are a little flexible. The apartment is a beautiful, sunny and very quiet. It is located on the top floor on a quiet street in southern Prenzlauer Berg and has a roof terrace that is accessible from both the kitchen and living room. The terrace has plenty of space for plants, a large table and is very private with no neighbors on the other side. The apartment has a large large living room/dining room has two entrances and through two double doors can connect with the kitchen creating a large open space. A spacious central hall with a skylight creates a warm common space. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large refrigerator and dishwasher and eating and cooking utensils. The bedroom is spacious including a queen size bed, a large desk (standing/sitting adjustable) and closet space. The bathroom is large, including a tub, a washing machine, shelf space, and a large mirror. I am renting the apartment with all of my furniture inside, which means you have use of all the furniture and kitchen appliances available for use. The person renting the apartment must take really good care of the things inside. No pets or smoking are allowed (smoking outside on the terrace is fine). There is one small cupboard/closet where I will store my own things. This room is not part of the rental. Besides taking very good care of the apartment and its things, I would appreciate someone who is good with plants :-) I also would highly appreciate it if the person who rents can retreive and gather my mail, and once in a while open an envelope for me.
