Hello, Please note that the entire home will be for rent during the months of April, May and June as seen on the following listing. We also have a cat and 4 chickens. The studio suite with a bedroom and a bathroom is on the 1st floor of our house and is accessible via a corridor from our living room. It is +- 35 m2 with a ensuite bathroom. Boars Hill is accessible only with car or taxi. We can offer a car to rent during the length of your stay. We set a small fridge and water kettle available for the guests and would consider building a kitchenette for longer stays. The room benefits from stunning views on the garden and generous natural light. Boars Hill is a quiet area and is only 15 min drive to Oxford. There is another available suite in the house. The chickens gives us fresh eggs every morning and we also have a large vegetable patch and apple trees. The is a playground under a majestic tree at the end of the garden.
