Located on a quiet street right along the bike/pedestrian path, three blocks from the North Berkeley BART station, and a 15-min bike or bus ride to UC campus. Restaurants, Target, and coffeeshops all within walking distance. Utilities included. Tenant is responsible for Internet and the apartment is setup for high-speed fiber-optic Internet. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a $1000 pet deposit. Refundable security deposit is $2750 and there is a one-time $30 application fee.
