We are offering an elegant, sunny and fully-furnished one-bedroom apartment in one of Paris's liveliest neighborhoods. It is situated on the top floor of an early 19th century building. Outside the door, in the Bastille district, you can take your pick of shops, restaurants and clubs, or explore its narrow streets and picturesque passageways. Inside, however, the apartment is completely silent, and looks out over a tree-filled inner courtyard. It is tastefully furnished and features a double bed, armchairs, a couch and a large desk for working. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, water heater, washing machine and WC. The kitchen is stocked with a stove, a small oven, water boiler, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and all the pots, pans and utensils you require. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom for storage, and there are also empty bookshelves by the desk. A Wi-Fi connection is available. The building is very secure – a badge is required to open the front gate, and the apartment door is fitted with a three-point deadbolt. The apartment is near multiple transport options: metro line 8 is at the bottom of the street, while lines 1 and 5 are a few minutes' walk away at the Bastille.
