Description
Welcome to our villa among the lake and forests in lovely Svärtinge! We are moving abroad for a year and are renting out our beloved home. The house sits on a hill with lake views from almost every room. The lake can be reached down the hill within four minutes on foot, and swimming opportunities are available. If you instead walk up the hill, you reach the forest within 15 minutes on foot. The villa is built into the lake-facing slope, which means you enter on the second floor where there is a kitchen, dining area, living room, as well as a bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the lower level there are two bedrooms, family room, laundry room, and bath with shower, bathtub, and sauna. Both floors have a balcony with furniture to enjoy "lake life" for real! We will let the pictures tell the rest of the story but please feel free to contact us with questions!
