Location: My 1 Bed/1 Bath apartment is perfectly located on the border of Lincoln Park and Lakeview, 5 minutes from the beautiful Lake Michigan, walking distance from several grocery stores, gyms, tons of restaurants, and shops. It is well-connected with many bus and train options. DePaul's campus is walking distance. I commute to University of Chicago's downtown and Hyde Park campuses twice per week with ease. Evanston (Northwestern) is also only a short train ride away. Amenities: The apartment is spacious and fully-furnished with an excellent layout including a bedroom, living area, dining area, and office space. The living area includes a 65-inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, instant pot, and air fryer. The apartment has in-unit washer/dryer, air conditioning, and tons of natural light. The apartment has tons of storage space with four full-sized closets.
