Large house in very quiet and safe neighborhood with direct access to the seaside and walking distance to the center of village with local supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and even a pharmany. We have spent twenty wonderful summers there, and the house has been entirely renovated this year. It is 8km away from charming port city of Preveza (with airport). Archeological site of Nikopolis (Cleopatra was here!) is less than 2 km away. Beautiful visits to Lefcada island just one hour drive away.

Comments: Great for a sabbatical retreat by the beach with all local amenities. Archeological site of Nikopolis (Cleopatra was here!) is less than 2 km away. Beautiful visits to Lefcada island just one hour drive away.
