From Sept: Fully furnished apartment in central Berlin

While studying in the Netherlands for the year, we will be subletting our fantastic renovated pre-war (1906) apartment in Berlin. The fully furnished apartment is located on a bike-priority street in centrally located Friedrichshain. An increasingly rare find in Berlin: 100sqm spread out across bedroom, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a balcony — perfect for a single person or couple. The entire apartment is yours to use except the office (the smallest of the three rooms), which we will hold for ourselves on the very rare occasion one or both of us need to return to Berlin (always with plenty of notice and in coordination with you). We have great (quiet) neighbors and, being on the top (4th) floor, there is nothing to disturb you. The apartment was freshly renovated before moving in (2019). It includes modern windows, hardwood floors, and a newly installed kitchen. The internet was also recently upgraded so speeds are faster and more reliable (up to 250 mbit). There is lots of light, with the apartment facing both the street and the building's green courtyard, which you can use. Everything to love about a city is within walking distance: Local, regional, and long-distance train connections are minutes away (direct connections to airport and central train station); multiple grocery stores and other shops are within earshot; and there are more restaurants and cafes nearby than you will have time for. The weekend vegetable market on Boxhagener Platz is only about a 10-minute walk away. This is a great home, and we're quite sure you will think so, too!
