Comments: The flat is wide and light with panoramic windows and in a recently built low-energy-house (low expenditure for heating). There is a shared garden and a community room with our nice neighbours. A gym and the lake with a lido is next to the house.

Comments: Berlin-Weißensee is a safe and green environment and close to the city-centre. There is a park with a lake, where you can even swim, next to our house. Schools, shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Public transportation is excellent.
