I am an academic working at UdK. I am looking for responsible tenants who will take care of my new home before me and my family are able to move in at the end of June. We have just purchased and furnished the apartment for own use. However, we can only move in later. The canal is only 200 meters away. U7(Richard Wagner Platz) is 3 mins walk and the buses take you to K'Damm and Zoo within 10 minutes. The apartment is a short throw from UdK and TU.
