2+1 Bedroom, 3 bathroom home that's fully furnished and is perfect for young families who require a crib and toddler/single beds. The master boasts a King sized bed and 3 piece ensuite that overlooks the backyard. The "kids room" comes with a crib, toddler bed & single bed, and the bedroom on the lower level is currently outfitted as a home gym and office but can easily be converted into a third bedroom at the time of booking. Our house is situated on a quiet street with ample laneway parking, a full size and fully fenced backyard for outdoor play. Located only 10 mins from downtown shopping in St. Thomas, 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches in Port Stanley and 30 minute from London, Ontario with larger shopping, restaurant and entertainment options. We're looking for someone to enjoy our house while we travel for a few months while my partner is on paternity leave. The start date is flexible and we're open to a house exchange, a car can be negotiated and included for an additional fee if required.
