About myself: I am a PhD scientist working on cancer drug development. I was born and raised in Turkey, migrated to U.S. 18 years ago for graduate school and have lived in Boston for the last 6 years. I am down to earth and quiet. I like clean, peaceful, and clutter-free living space. I enjoy biking, hiking, yoga, and traveling. I like having conversations over coffee/tea, exchanging stories and insights about life/work. I love exploring new cities, museums, outdoors, and food. I am looking for a female tenant for the spare private bedroom/bathroom in my three-story house. The place is perfect for female professionals looking for quiet and safe space. This private bedroom/bathroom is on the lowest-level floor. It has a full-size window looking out to street and receives sunlight (has room darkening shades too). Bedroom has a private bathroom on the same floor. The entrance is through the main front door of the house. The room is fully furnished. Additionally, small fridge w/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee, kettle, mugs are provided for those who may not want to use the main kitchen upstairs. The house is centrally located, one block from Watertown Square: -5 min walk to multiple bus lines. There is a Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, CVS (24 hr), UPS, and many more stores... Parking available. Free street parking from April to November. Parking spot (back-to-back parking) in the driveway from December to March. Comments: For females only. Room is available fully furnished (twin-size bed, work-desk, built-in closet). It is on a separate floor (at street level) in a three-level house (3Bdr/3Bth). It has its own bathroom on the same floor. The house is newly built.
