We are a faculty family looking to rent our cozy, furnished home to a visiting faculty member, postdoc/s, or university professional while we are on sabbatical on the east coast. Three bedrooms/two full baths. Living room and sunny, eat in kitchen. Brand new kitchen remodel with new cabinets, solid wood floors, natural marble countertops, and upgraded appliances. One bathroom has been remodeled/upgraded and the other (in the main bedroom) has not. The three bedrooms each have one window and vinyl plank flooring. The washer and dryer are in the garage. Covered patio and large, fenced, shaded backyard with redwood play structure, drought tolerant plants, and an orange tree and lemons. It is less than a five minute walk to hikes in the Box Springs Mountains and about a 20 minute walk to UC Riverside campus. While there are no housesitting obligations we are looking for someone to take excellent care of our home while we are away (deposit required). Includes gardener and house cleaners (2 x month)
