We are moving overseas for the 2024-25 academic year and would be delighted to lease our home to an interested person or family. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a half-finished basement, and a lovely outdoor space under a magnificent canopy of 100-year old white oak trees. It is in the middle of the historic Nakoma neighborhood on the near-West side of Madison, 2 blocks from the public elementary school and middle school and easy bicycle commuting to the UW campus, all 3 Madison hospitals, and the downtown government and business district. Comments: Our home is a 4 bedroom colonial located in one of Madison's nicest neighborhoods. It is several blocks away from the UW-Arboretum and the Southwest Commuter Bike Path, just 2 miles from the UW campus and 4 miles to Capitol Square.
