This studio is almost at the top of the hill of Point Loma between Canon and Talbot with spectacular views towards San Diego Bay ~ in a quiet and very safe residential area. Although the unit is underneath the owner's house (on a hill), it has full privacy and includes a separate entrance and it has windows on 3 sides: 2 large windows overlooking the backyard, a side view towards a lemon tree (free organic lemons!), and a bathroom window with a view towards Harbor Island. The unit is nice & bright with built-in furnishings. It has a cute sitting/relaxing area just outside the door for a soothing cup of coffee/tea in the sun, underneath a lemon tree. Point Loma is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood that is only a jump away from downtown San Diego, Cabrillo National Monument, San Diego Zoo and Liberty Station. Enjoy morning walks along the Sunset cliffs natural park and experience amazing coastal vistas. It lies within a few minutes walking to Jensen Specialty grocery store and Peet's Coffee Shop. Plenty of free street parking. There is bus stop within a few blocks of the guest house. San Diego MTA also operates a light rail trolley from Downtown to the Mexican border and eastern suburbs. In addition, taxi, Uber, or Lyft services are available. The studio is a short 10-15 minute ride from the airport or train station. Rental cars are available at both locations.
