Description
Our house is in Boalsburg, about a 10-15 minute drive from Penn State. Very peaceful and quiet, in the woods. Living room is full of windows and light, with a beautiful sunset every night. Nice patio with furniture and barbecue for entertaining. There is a great room, three bedrooms, a large office, three bathrooms. We are currently doing a significant renovation of the bathrooms, to be finished mid-summer. Kitchen was just recently renovated. The house will be fully furnished. We are going to be on sabbatical and are looking for tenants that will take really good care of it.
