A very pleasent place!

The apartment is exactly as advertised, bright, quiet and very neat. The kitchen and the whole place overall is very well equipped: I stayed here for almost two years and I was perfectly satisfied. The building is quite new, so there is nothing of the dampness of the classical inner city apartment buildings of Paris. The location is one of the best features: the bustling neighborhood of le Marais is in walking distance, as well as the Jussieu campus of Sorbonne Université. Corinne and Philippe are very helpful and easy to communicate with.

This was the best experience ever. Hands down. If I could leave 50 stars I would. The apartment was just right - great neighborhood, super easy to get everywhere and fast, right between the Marais and Bastille neighborhoods so you have the best of both. The fully equipped kitchen also has a super dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bright. Sweet balcony. Quiet even though the neighborhood is lively. Fabulous farmer's market at the end of the block twice a week. The best part though are the owners - you could not find kinder and more responsive and wonderful people to rent an apartment from. They know everything about the neighborhood and are full of tips. I'm still sad I had to leave and dream about going back all the time. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in this studio for 6 months during a visiting at the university Paris 7, and we had a very pleasant stay. The studio is very calm and in a very good position: you can find everything in the nearby area. But most importantly (at least for us), is the fact that, being in the centre of Paris and very well connected makes you save a lot of time, since every part of Paris is reachable in a very reasonable amount of time from Bastille. Moreover, the studio is very well furnished, which is not at all for granted in Paris. Corinne is a very reliable person and she has been very nice to us during all our stay.

I just returned from an excellent stay in Corinne's studio. The property is exactly as described. The neighborhood is great with wonderful cafés, bakeries, and restaurants off the regular tourist path plus grocery stores and markets. The location also offers easy access to the main tourist attractions either by foot or by metro. Corinne is also a wealth of information about the quartier. I was shocked at how quiet the studio was even though it is just steps from the busy Bastille and a major metro stop. I am looking forward to staying here next summer! Everything about my stay was perfect.

Corinne was lovely and extremely helpful, and the studio is perfect for Paris. Its small 25 sq meters, but has everything you need and is full of light. Corinne était très gentil et très serviable,et le studio est parfait pour Paris. Ses petites 25 m², mais il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin de et plein de lumière.
