Welcome to our comfortable apartment located in one of central London's newest 'Low Traffic Neighbourhoods,' offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere in the heart of the city. The apartment building is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic. Making it exceptionally quiet for its central location. Our rental cost includes all bills, including the building services charge, local taxes, electricity and high-speed 50 Mbps wireless internet access. This fully-furnished apartment is located on the fourth floor of a converted 1930s print-works and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is situated on the fourth floor, has two elevators, a full-time porter and entryphone to help ensure your safety and security. It features a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave, and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a king-size double bed with a high-quality sprung mattress. We take pride in providing quality bed linen and towels, white cotton sheets, quilt covers (winter and summer duvets), and a choice of feather or synthetic pillows. The bedroom is complete with a blackout blind and a set of blinds that separate the small office area, ensuring the room is dark and quiet at night. The office space is quiet, well-lit, and equipped with a large corner desk and a comfortable two-lever office chair. The living room has a very comfortable 3-seater sofa with a footstool. The dining table is a 90-cm circle when the drop leaves are extended and comes with four chairs, two of which are shown in the photo, and the other two are folding chairs. Additionally, the apartment has a 42" plasma TV with Chromecast for HD casting from laptop or mobile. Guests also have access to a private communal outdoor area on the ground floor of the building. All rooms have 3.3m (11 feet) high ceilings and are bright and airy with large double-glazed windows that provide rooftop views of London. There are numerous 24-hour bus routes running along City Road, serving the city and the West End of London. Additionally, there are a number of bike rental stations nearby. The apartment is within a 15-minute walk of both Old Street and Angel tube stations, providing easy access to all that London has to offer. The shops, restaurants, and bars of Islington, Shoreditch, and Hoxton are all within easy walking distance. An added bonus is the Regent's Canal network that runs alongside the apartment building, providing a traffic-free route for walkers and cyclists.
