The apartment is 85 square meters, on the first floor of a beautifully restored historical building in the heart of Charlottenburg. It is 2 minutes away from Ku'damm and 5 minutes' walk to Charlottenburg S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Quiet leafy street, though it has many restaurants and small shops--typical of the area. Excellent connections also to U-Bahn from Adenauer Platz (5 min walk). Shopping (of all sorts) very close: it is in the heart of Charlottenburg's best restaurant, shopping and entertainment area. The apartment is in the Gartenhaus (courtyard house), therefore very quiet. It looks over two courtyards, one of which is a large green space with mature trees (towards which the apartment has a small balcony).
