Harlem apartment that gets a lot of sunlight, has a breezy living room and separate dining area, and was recently renovated. 3 mins to the 1 train at 137- City College, and 8 mins to the ABCD express lines at 145, as well as a quick bike ride to the bike path. We’re two academics and split time between NYC and the Hudson Valley and looking for someone to help share space and costs. Would be perfect for someone looking for a NYC space during the week/or a spacious shared living situation where you’d often have the place to yourself (Mon-Thurs each week and some weekends)
