This is my personal appartement that I rent when I go away for a long period of time. I am looking for conscious, respectful, clean and quiet people to take care of my place. The apartment is in a beautiful area near the river with a very scenic and tranquil park just minutes away and lots to explore via many fabulous walks and cycling paths. There are shops and restaurants nearby with good public transport to most areas in the city. The building has only two floors, and this apartment is in the top floor. It is a big two bedrooms with a queen bed each, very spacious and lots of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped and there are two balconies to enjoy the sunrise or sunset (one is towards the north and other to the south). There are two work spaces. A big desk next to the living room, with a monitor screen and a printer, and a regular desk in the second bedroom. Everything is included in the price, heating, high speed internet, all furnished and equipped with everything needed (linen, towels, dishes...etc) Washer, dryer and dishwasher inside the appartement. A chocolaterie and a coffee shop are just 1 minute walk from home, and mostly, one of the most beautiful parks in Montreal. ++ Free and available parking on the street, very rare in Montreal
