Description
We will be away in the Bay Area for a postdoc and are looking for someone who will enjoy this house and the mid coast. There are two bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is a study with a futon that can serve as a bedroom, a bathroom with tub/shower, a dining room, living room with seating that can become two additional beds, and kitchen. The back side of the house has a patio with table and chairs and a fenced yard. Rockland is charming and has all you'll need in walking distance.
