Spacious two bedroom apartment with eaten kitchen, laundry, room, and porch. Private entrance attached to a historic farmhouse close to downtown Portland with easy access to I 95 for a quick commute to Biddeford or Portland. Walk or bike to downtown Saco. Close to the beaches and the fun of old Orchard Beach. An hour and a half to North Conway or Boston. Home can be partially or fully furnished. Open to short-term or long-term stays. We prefer no pets, but are open to negotiating for well-behaved companions. Private but easy access to everything Southern Maine has to offer. Apartment is located with a private entrance and porch on the second floor. We just put in new floors and will update with pictures soon.
