The home is located on the 4th floor inner hof of an altabu on a quiet, residential street in beautiful Graefe Kiez with many wonderful, cafes, restaurants, art galleries and yoga studios within 5-8 minutes walking distance. It is also a 5 minute walk to Hasenheide Park and the famous Admiral Bruke on the canal. There are many bakeries, fresh produce markets and organic supermarkets nearby. The supermarkets Edeka and Netto are also within a few minutes walking distance. The area is perfect for children, there are many playgrounds, schools and activities for children nearby like an art atelier down the street for kids of all ages and a music school nearby etc. Graefe Kiez is one of Berlin’s historically most diverse and tolerant neighborhoods. It is a wondeful place to be for both adults and children who grow-up in it. It is very well connected on the U7 line (Sudstern stop) and the M41 stop as well as to many international schools.
