Description
We are looking to rent out our house while we are away for up to three months. This is our first time on Sabbatical Homes. (We have previously listed the guest r0om on AirBnb - see links) We live in a fabulous neighbourhood just off Taylor Square where everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. (CBD, SCG, St Vincents Hospital and all the great restaurants of Surry Hills) Public transport will take you directly to the CBD, beaches, Central Station and universities. The house is currently set up as a 2 bedroom + office but we can bring in a single bed into the office if needed. 2 bathrooms - one bathroom on the first floor, the 2nd ensuite off the loft style master bedroom on the second floor. There is one undercover parking space with direct access to the house. Parking is at a premium around here so this is almost priceless! More photos to come soon.
