Homes to Swap and Exchange in or near Ithaca

Our typical tenants have been faculty who are coming from abroad for a one or two semester stay at Cornell University. They usually arrive with just suitcases, and need everything else. Our last two tenants have been the exception to the above. Since the outbreak of Covid, the apartment has been occupied by two different grandmothers, who have come to help out their faculty daughters with child care and other chores during the lockdown. Both have been excellent tenants.
