Our spacious apartment in Kreuzberg

We are subletting our lovely and fully renovated apartment for 6 weeks (negotiable) starting in September. All costs (heat, water, wifi, electricity) are included in the rent. The apartment has 2 big rooms, a small room, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), and an absurdly spacious bathroom (with both a bathtub and a shower. Why? We don't know). One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, another a very comfortable foldable futon, and the third is used as our office. We have fitness and yoga equipments, as well as 2 bikes which you are welcome to use. Music instrument are also available. We have plants which we would ask you to water. We have a beamer! Watch some movies. Our apartment is on the 4th floor walk-up of a Altbau building overlooking the courtyard. It was renovated in 2022. The windows are triple glassed, making it fully soundproof to the bustle of Kottbusser Damm, where it is located. We live above a bookshop, with a very nice café offering daily fresh baked goods. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy within a 50 meter radius. We are located between Hasenheide park and the Maybachufer canal.
