A cozy apartment in the most authentic area of Venice

The location is perfect if you wish to enjoy the magic of Venice. The apartment is in the middle of the very hearth of the city: by walk, you may reach in 10 minutes either Rialto bridge, and Ca'Foscari, and the railway station. The location is convenient and strategic, and hidden from the main tourist stream. The kitchen and the living room overlook a nice, tiny canal, so water views are guaranteed. The place is very quiet and calm, close to one of the most joyful venetian living places: Campo San Giacomo dell'Orio. Over there, you can find supermarkets, bakeries, greengrocers, pharmacy, and good restaurants as well. The apartment is at the second floor. It is very spacious, bright and fully renovated. It is well furnished, and fully equipped. There is a large living room with two sofas and a large table, a dining room, two spacious bedrooms (one bedroom with twin beds, and a master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed), two bathrooms (with shower/bathtub), and a closet. It can accommodate up to 7 people in full comfort. Linen and towels are provided. A 3 hours weakly house-keeping service is included in the rent fee. WI-FI is available (1 Gigabit in FTTH with no further charge), as well as TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, combo-microwave oven, rice-steamer. The heating system is independent. You can easily reach the apartment from the airport by taking the AliLaguna water taxi: from the San Stae stop it's just a three minutes walk, with no bridge to cross.
