On the middle entry-level there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, open concept living & dining room, 1 study and bath w/ shower; second floor has BR (king bed) and bath with tub, and second study with adjustable standing/sitting desk. It may be possible to place a small guest bed in one of the studies to accommodate a child. Side entrance leads into back yard with large deck, garden house, pergola and spacious gardens .Lower level unit with separate entrance is occupied by a mature (and quiet!) doctoral student. Ample parking space in driveway. New washer/dryer in lower level, shared with tenant; high-speed internet available. This is an unusual property, located on a ravine. During summer we have an extraordinary floral garden, deck space with outdoor couch and patio furniture, grill, large sun umbrella, electrical outlets for laptop. Perfect inspirational spot for reading/writing/ and yoga amid the scent of blossoming bergamot and flowering pollinators. Parking space in driveway. Walking distance to supermarket. Public Transit: either walk 2 blocks to hop on 23 bus south to Main Station or 70C bus west to Coxwell Station or 25 min walk through Taylor Creek park to Main Subway Station. Total travel time (bus and subway) to U of T/St. George campus is roughly 30 min. Or bike it in 40 min. Lake Ontario/Beaches and outdoor olympic pool and kid's pool just a 15-min. drive or 25-min bike ride south of our home. Our home can be a haven for anyone seeking a balance between downtown culture/work and grounding in quiet space with nature. In July/August, tomato and kale are ready for harvesting; herb garden with basel, thyme, parsley, rosemary, catnip (for kitties) lemon balm, and mint. Raspberries in August.
