Description
Two double bedrooms, two baths (one large ensuite) plus office and large family room (with sofabed), with ocean views from all main rooms. Also large deck and sunroom. Close to the University of Victoria in British Columbia. Our home is equipped with stereo, cable tv, Netflix, AppleTV, BritBox, Acorn, PrimeVideo and Crave, landline telephone, and fast wifi throughout. Large, well-equipped kitchen, including Nespresso machine, as well as living room with fireplace. Quiet, scenic residential neighborhood with bus line stopping at top of the street. Bikes available, but car recommended for shopping and sightseeing. Short walk to secluded beach, 2 km to U Vic campus. Our neighbors are very friendly and happy to help if you need them.

Comments: Gordon Head - a lovely waterview home close to secluded beach. Walking distance to U Vic, bus stop at top of street. Excellent wifi, well-equipped kitchen. Cable tv and streaming packages. 20 mins to airport, 30 mins to ferry to Vancouver/mainland.

Comments: Our adult daughter may visit occasionally - she is allergic to cats. It would be nice to have a car included, but we would not be able to reciprocate due to BC insurance regulations.

Comments: Open to travel most times, especially long stay anywhere with good transport w/in 1 hr of Richmond/Chiswick area would be ideal! Also very interested in Florence, Italy.
