Description
NYC-based academic with a lovely, modern one bedroom in Morningside Heights, near Columbia University. The building and unit have great amenities (washer/dryer, gym, etc.). Lovely views of the Cathedral as well as buildings with character, close to the amenities of Harlem, the Upper West Side, and the amenities of Columbia U. The neighborhood is fantastic. 7 minute walk to central park, 5 minute walk to two different subway lines, a terrific farmer's market on Saturdays is a 3 minutes walk. This place would work for a single, couple, or a couple with a younger child. I spend quite a bit of time in Tel Aviv and in Europe and flexible for swaps or sublet depending on the academic calendar. In general it would be good to make contacts who would like to spend more time in NYC as I'm often on the move.
