Double-brick construction, beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, front and back yards, covered patios, dual-paned windows, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry. We're are going to the Technical University of Munich - Campus Heilbronn. Ideally, we'd like to find someone from there planning to spend a year at the University of Arizona. At Heilbronn we would like a house or apartment for 2 people (and one medium-sized dog).
