Description
We are nestled in Newton, MA safe and close to everything. Clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Bedding and linens are provided but weekly laundry of them is your responsibility. Ease of transportation with 15 bus lines, walk or bike to many universities like Harvard, MIT, Brandeis, Bobcat, Boston University, and Boston College. Or among the few. You can rent for a semester or academic year. PREFER AT LEAST STAY including (December, January, February, and March) 4 months from November to May. To secure please pay the rent by Zelle, or PayPal (payer/renter subleasee pays the transaction fees). Sunshine has a queen size bed with work station. Alive has a queen bed next to the bathroom on the second floor.

Comments: If you ar enot renting more than a month please stop trying to get the rent. Utilities per room cost $300-500 per month, cleaning and common paper products. 65% increased in utilities we faced.
