Our home is a little love nest located on the 3rd floor in the heart of one of the most pleasant areas of Montreal. It is fully furnished and has a renovated kitchen, a big open space that holds the living room and dining room, a large bathroom and a cozy bedroom with a walk-in closet. Our home has loads of storing spaces and a beautiful balcony to rest in the summer. We hope you will love it as much as we do! Our apartment is located 1 minute away from the lovely Laurier street which holds local commerces, parks and restaurants. We are at walking distance from the metro, shared city bikes and many buses. The Plateau-East neighborhood is the perfect balance between the city and a residential area with students and families. Of all the neighborhoods we lived in, this is by far our favorite! We are both artists. I am a designer and journalist and my boyfriend is a fashion photographer. Utilities and wifi are included.
