Description
This spacious 2 bedroom (6th floor) apartment is flooded with light. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom (used as an office) has a bathroom adjacent. It also has a full size sofa-bed comfortable enough to sleep two. The kitchen/dining/living space is completely open, and extremely inviting and comfortable. The building was constructed in 2012 as a part of the renovation of South Harlem - which is now pretty much complete. Restaurants abound, and Morningside park is just a block away (Central park just a few blocks further), and you are also just 4 blocks from the A, B, C, and D trains - which will get you anywhere you want to go in the city. The neighborhood has a great vibe - and it only takes me about 20 mins to get to NYU (where I teach media and politics). Columbia is just a few minutes away - walking across Morningside park.
