Our home is a Mexican style, architect designed house. Colourful kitchen and small living room in the first floor. One bedroom in the first floor with wooden and volcanic stone architectural features. Two bedrooms and one bathroom in the second floor with access to the balcony and view to the patio. The house is part of a wider property where our two cars are parked. Looking preferably for a family of four people on the move to Mexico City. Spanish bakery, organic food and most local commodities and restaurants within three blocks. 3-hectare leisure and green park within 15 minutes walk. Paseo de las Palmas Avenue within walking distance. Public transportation to the Chapultepec park.

Comments: We are planning to continue in 2024 - 2025 a Sabbatical stay that will start this year. If we come back earlier than expected, we can stay if needed in another family house nearby.
