Within 5 minutes from the apartment, there are cafes and restaurants, boulangeries, supermarkets like Monoprix, public swimming pool as well as nice running course through the woods. Very clean and calm environment. It is 49m2, composed of a bedroom with double bed, living room with dining table and sofa and separate kitchen and bathroom. All bills included.
