Description
Our beloved DC apartment will be available in the summer of 2023 while we are in France visiting friends and family. It features a large open kitchen, high ceilings, hardwood floor throughout. Located on the 4th floor facing the rear of the building, it is both very quiet and full of light. - The master's bedroom includes a king-size bed and large closet, and a private bathroom with an Italian shower. - The second room is our daughters' room (6 and 3 year old), with two individual kids' beds. - The third room has an extra queen-size bed (although we may replace it with a convertible sofa bed by the summer), and a large wooden desk that is very comfortable to work on. Other key features: - Washer and drier in unit - High-end cookstove and oven - The A/C system is very silent and works very well, with an individual temperature control system in each room.
