Price is negotiable, depending on demand, number of occupants, and family use. This place is very convenient and has good writing vibes! Small fenced-in side yard and weekly gardener. We may be able to work with you to make modest arrangements for your needs (e.g. add a bed). We generally have only rented to friends and colleagues for visits to Stanford who are happy to help keep an eye on the place and care for the home as their own. We reserve the home for personal use as well so please get in touch so we can make alternative arrangements if possible. We really love this place and hope you will too.
