Our Cambridge for your Manhattan.

[NOTE: We still hope for an exchange in the fall of 2021; for now we are among the Covid cautious, and staying close to our Cambridge home.]

Single-family, nineteenth-century home, recently and fully renovated. Currently set up as two bedrooms and two studies. The whole property is sunny and spacious. Living room has a twenty foot high interior atrium at its south end.

The house is located on Observatory Hill, near Garden Street and Huron Avenue, two blocks from the Harvard Observatory and one mile from Harvard Yard. There are excellent shops nearby. You can walk around the block and come home with fish, cheese, bread, wine – whatever you need for dinner.

* Two full baths and two half baths
* Eat-in kitchen plus separate dining room.
* Fully furnished (linens, kitchen equipment..., everything).
* Off-street parking.
* Full laundry.
* Private yard & garden.
* Central air conditioning.
* Wood floors throughout.
* Dishwasher & microwave.
* 1,800 square foot house

We’ll be at the Cullman Center at the New York Public Library, September through May, 2021-2022 and those are the ideal exchange dates, though we’re flexible.
