65m2 appartement 20 minutes to central Paris

We are an academic couple with 2 kids, looking for one year sabbatical home exchange (circumstances permitting).
The apartment is in ChOISY LE ROI, in a quite family-friendly neighborhood. 10 minutes' walk to the station; 20 minutes by train to central Paris (Saint Michel), access by train to all Parisian university campuses within 15-40 minutes' commuting. 10 minutes by car to Orly airport.
2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, nice big balcony.

The house will be fully furnished, you will not need to buy anything for settling.
