Our one bedroom retreat in the middle of Geneva
Our apartment is in a heritage listed building close to the train station and the lake. It is near all amenities such as markets, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes. Uni-Mail is about a 25 minute scenic walk or a short tram trip with a direct route a few minutes' walk away. Excellent public transport to all parts of Geneva is in the immediate vicinity.
As we are close to the train station, getting to the airport takes minutes. Perfect for anybody doing commuting or going away for weekends - Geneva is a cheap airfare hub.
Our apartment's rooms have gracious dimensions and charm. On the fifth floor with generous windows, all the rooms are luminous and winter sun makes them cozy. Of course there is central heating.

We are a bookseller and an academic and we spend some months in Adelaide, Australia each year. We have a separate listing for our place there, which may also be rented when we are not there or considered for swaps. As well as the possibility of a long sublet of our Geneva apartment, for the specific dates mentioned (more or less), we are also interested in short swaps with central London and Stockholm.
