Perfect 2 bedroom in Paris

I have a 3-room apartment in Paris to exchange with any apartment in New York.
My place has two large bedrooms (15 sq. meters each) and a living room with a balcony on Rue de la Jonquière, that is a quiet but cheerful street, and you will be happy to relax there. The apartment is roomy, full of light and quiet . It has high ceilings, hardwood floors (50 sq. meters). It is well decorated, and fully equipped (high speed internet, washing machine and dryer). There is of course a kitchen with a lot of useful implements including a stove and an oven (but no microwave) and a bathroom.
My place easily houses 4 people.
I keep the apartment very clean and will take excellent care of yours if you exchange it with me!

My project
I am a French academic on sabbatical leave. I need to do archival research at Bobst library (NYU) on Washington Square from January to May 2020, but I would be happy to extend my stay until August. As a result, I need to find accommodation in NYC: I would accept any place that is not too far from Washington square (a studio would easily do). I need to exchange my place for as long as possible, and for a minimum of 6 weeks.

Location
My apartment is just by metro stop “Guy Moquet” on line 13. It means that you can walk to Montmartre, and that you are about 25 minutes from Notre Dame and 20 minutes from The Eiffel Tower, by metro
Paris has a wonderful public transportation system and you will get anywhere very fast! (Google Maps is very good at calculating itineraries and transportation time in Paris)

Neighborhood
First of all, it is a very safe neighborhood because, even if it is reasonably quiet, you will always find somebody going home like you do when you come back at night, no matter if you get home at 11PM or 5AM.
In addition, the neighborhood is chic (beautiful classical buildings) and becoming hipper by the minute. It has all the food shops you are dreaming about, and a lot of restaurants. My street has some typical Parisian cafés, and newer trendier ones, it also has an independent bookstore and a local/organic greengrocer. For clothes shopping, the Batignolles area is both trendy and convenient.
