This party posted the following feedback for me:
'Arda is a very good friend of mine and I highly recommend her and her apartment. Arda is a self-employed filmmaker, with a rich experience in producing, filming and editing short and longer documentaries. We made a film together about African domestic workers in Yemen, and have been friends ever since. Her apartment is situated in the city center and is a very pleasant place, where I have stayed myself a number of times. '

We stayed in Arda's apartment for 7 weeks this spring. Arda was a terrific host and a lovely person. She was extremely responsive to any concerns or questions we had. We very much enjoyed talking with her and learning about her adventures.

Her apartment was centrally located, with a view of a beautiful canal, and two minutes away from the university. It was also walking distance to several supermarkets, an excellent fish store, several tram lines, and many museums. From that location, it was easy to travel all over the city using public transportation.

Though small, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great, and it was easy to cook many meals there. The bed and couch were comfortable, and we had enough storage space for our possessions.

At night, the neighborhood could be a bit noisy but it wasn't a problem when the windows were closed. The apartment is on the third floor, something we managed okay as people in our 70s. We felt that walking up the stairs 2-3 times a day was good exercise.

In sum, we would highly recommend this apartment and its owner to future renters.
