Asheville 3:2 Peaceful, sunny, well located

Perfect blend of private natural setting and quick access to town. 1960's sunny mid century ranch, furnished 3:2 on a quiet dead end street, with heavily wooded lot that goes down to a creek, baseball field and park. Deck overlooks woods with frequent birds, deer, and the occasional bunny or groundhog. 1 mile drive to West Asheville hotspots: cafes, bakery, restaurants, natural foods store, wine shop (15 minute walk with shortcuts). 8 minute drive to downtown. Blocks from Asheville's greenway along the river.
West Asheville is the hip neighborhood with the best new restaurants and cafes, adjacent to the River Arts District and downtown.
Our house is kid friendly, and we are OK with well-behaved dogs.
Wood floors in all rooms except kitchen and baths. Living room has a fireplace. Kitchen and dining area are open plan, and flooded with beautiful morning light. Built-in dining storage /seating.
Bedrooms are situated down a hall with a door that closes providing great separation of public and private spaces. Master bedroom has king sized bed, bathroom en suite with 2 year old washer and dryer and folding area. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, bedroom 3 has one twin bed. Either or both bedrooms can be CONVERTED into an office for you. So it can be 1 bedroom with 2 offices, or 2 bedrooms with 1 office.
Central heat/AC.
Great deck and "carport living room" overlooking garden, playhouse, and zip line.
All closets and drawers will be emptied for you (except kitchen, which will remain fully stocked with tools and equipment).
Covered driveway fits 2 cars, bikes, and a breezy living area. Garden full of cutting flowers and vegetables! You can plant a fall and spring garden.
Decor is mix of mid-century, modern, and family-friendly.
Tenant responsible for cutting grass, mower etc. provided.
We are spending the school year in Austin, Texas. Our exact start and finish dates are flexible. And we would consider splitting Fall and Spring semesters.

We are a family spending the academic year away, looking for renters to enjoy our 3:2 Asheville home. One or two bedrooms can be converted to offices. It's a quiet mid-century ranch on a dead end street with woods, creek and a park behind the house. 1 walkable mile to West Asheville hot spots/ cafes, 8 minute drive downtown, a few blocks to connect to greenway. We work in design-build and culinary media.
