Spacious fully furnished 3/2 bungalow in historic Hyde Park, near UT

Our 1420 square foot home was built in 1925 but fully renovated in 2017-2018. It retains its historic charm, including a working gas fireplace. During recent renovations, the home was updated with high-end features, including new stainless steel appliances (dual fuel stove/oven, hood, fridge, microwave, dishwasher); a farmhouse kitchen sink; hardwood countertops; dimmable recessed lighting; new windows; and a spacious, open layout that is ideal for small family life.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms + an additional family room/TV space right off the kitchen. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub/shower and spacious walk-in closet and lots of built-in shelving for shoes, sweaters, etc. It also includes a queen bed and two dressers. One of the additional bedrooms can be set up with a child's crib if needed or replaced with a twin or double bed. The other can serve as a third bedroom, guest room, and/or home office. It includes a comfortable futon sofa/sectional. The family room couch also converts into an additional bed for guests.

Other amenities:

*A brand new, sun-filled, 250 square foot screened porch on the back of the house is perfect for relaxing throughout the year. It includes a second dining space + exterior furniture and ceiling fan.

*Large stackable washer and dryer (new in 2017)

*2 bikes available for your use around Austin (including one with a child seat)

*Apple TV and wireless Sonos speaker system throughout the house

*Off-street parking for 2 cars

*Fully fenced in yard with lush vegetation

*Outdoor gas grill

*Central AC and heat
