The guesthouse is the front portion of a duplex & guests have exclusive access to the front yard, including front porch with porch swing, parking on front street. The original home includes charms that come with an old cottage-kitchen and bath are NOT UPDATED for example, which is part of the experience. Kitchen has an original gas stove & there are some gas heating appliances which require instruction during walk-through. *Of note, brand new HVAC heating and cooling. The bathroom is tight/cozy and has everything you need to get the job done! 100% Cotton Linens on very comfortable New Queen Bed enhance the sleeping experience.
