Bright, charming 4 BR house, with beautiful patio and yard. Easy walk to stores & UC campus

Lovely house, lots of light, large yd with big comftbl patio for sitting, BBQ. Large master BR with attached bath, faces fully-enclosed & private flat grassy, back yd. Two sunny, kid-friendly BRs plus a fourth BR that also works well as a home office, if prefer. Beautiful kitchen, breakfast nook, liv. room, & din. room. Very safe nbhd, 1.3 mile walk, bike or bus to UC campus. More photos of the house can be sent, if you'd like.

The utilities paid by the renter - gas & electric, and water - are relatively low, because of our solar electricity and hot water.

Owners, who are only current occupants, have both had their COVID-19 vaccines. (Of course, if you experience any COVID-related restrictions, you will really enjoy the large private backyard/patio.)

About Me
I am a retired professor of molecular and cellular biology from Diablo Valley College. Since our retirements, my husband and I live part time in Berkeley CA or Muenster Germany. We have currently rented our home in Berkeley through sabbatical.com, but would like to return there in the middle of December for several months to a year. Therefore we are looking for somebody who is interested in renting our home in Muenster.
