It is situated in the side wing (4th floor) of a renovated house, in a quiet side street of the lively and popular district of North-Neukoelln. Close by is the historically interesting Koerner Park with a popular cafe and gallery. The popular new park “Tempelhofer Feld“ is also in walking distance. The location offers a very good infrastructure and very good connections to local transport. Numerous shops, banks etc. are just around the corner. Parking on the street near the apartment is free of charge.
